Addressing monitoring requirements for CDBG and HOME, this workshop walks you through the process of creating a plan that meets requirements while remaining manageable for staff to implement. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a draft monitoring plan to share with their teams back home and to guide them moving forward. Please refer to the agenda.
We will be developing your monitoring plan during this workshop by working directly on the documents you use. Please bring a laptop loaded with MS Word, MS Excel, your current monitoring plan(s) and some basic information about your organization.
