Four-day course with Certification exam that provides an overview of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, including key requirements for each eligible activity type – homebuyer, homeowner rehabilitation, rental, and tenant-based rental assistance.

Training Logistics

Training Dates & Times: 

The training will be held February 10, 2026 through February 13, 2026. Day 1: Registration - 8:30 am- 9:00am Training 9:00pm- 4:30pm. Day 2: Training 9:00am-4:30pm. Day 3: Training 9:00am-4:00pm. Day 4: Q&A and Exam 9:00am-12:00pm.

What to Bring

  • Laptop to participate in training activities and sit for the online exam.

Meals

No meals will be provided during this training; each participant is responsible for their own meals. The hotel has no restaurants on site, however, there's BJ's Brewhouse and Black Angus Steakhouse next door and 8 minutes walking distance away is the downtown Burbank area with 20+ restaurant options.
